Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges At Vel de luxe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Because each charm is hand-assembled, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility: We accept returns on items in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return: Please email us at vel.deluxe@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Damages: If your Midnight Noir charm arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
